Gareth’s adaptability and able problem solving has seen him deliver projects that range from policy advice to large scale construction. He has a particular focus on achieving practical and sustainable outcomes for both his clients and the environment.

Tom specialises in environmental spatial analysis. He gets involved in all aspects of the spatial information life-cycle and offers solutions for data capture, data processing and validation, spatial analysis and data presentation.

Louise Wilson, CEnvP
DIRECTOR - Environment
Louise has worked on small and large scale projects in New Zealand and the UK. Her interests are contaminated land and groundwater investigations, landfill management, and environmental site monitoring. Louise is a committee member of the Sustainable Remediation special interest group operating as part of the Australasian Land and Groundwater Association.

James Blyth, CEnvP
DIRECTOR - Water Resources
James has worked internationally; in Africa, Australia, Canada, Thailand and Laos. Having worked across a range of areas including integrated catchment management and modelling, NPS-FM policy, wetlands, hydrology/hydrogeology and hydraulics, water quality and sediment and erosion, James has a demonstrated ability to solve complex issues for his clients.

Stu Easton
SENIOR - Water Resources
Stu specialises in environmental systems modelling and mapping with a focus on water quality. He has provided technical advice for regional planning, consenting, and environmental impact assessment projects across New Zealand and Australia, including as an expert witness. He has an eye for detail to provide project insight and practical results.

Jono Moore
SENIOR - Spatial
Jono is experienced in all aspects of the spatial information lifecycle, offering solutions for information capture, data processing, spatial analysis, presentation, and interactive visualisations. Jono is particularly adept in using the ESRI ArcGIS suite to present information in web-based user experiences that incorporate telling stories with data.

With over 25 years of experience in ecological consulting and local government, Melanie brings a wealth of expertise in wetland ecology, ecological restoration, environmental impact assessments, and vegetation monitoring. Her track record includes leading large-scale restoration projects, providing expert ecological advice, and finding practical solutions to complex environmental challenges.

Thomas Williams
SENIOR - Environment and Sustainability
Tom brings experience in environmental science and sustainability, with specialisation in contaminated land remediation, environmental management, and sustainable development across residential, commercial, and government projects. He is a Certified Environmental Practitioner and Green Star Accredited Professional and has led major environmental initiatives, including the Scott Base Redevelopment and social housing developments for Kāinga Ora.

INTERN - Greeter
Gabby is not qualified or experienced in anything, but makes up for this by being the able Christchurch office greeter. After a hard day of work being fussed over by passersby, she likes to come home and play with her cat mate, Fabby Tabby.

Due to continued demand for our services we need someone who appreciates the ability to be nimble and implement innovative methods to help our clients. The ideal person has some existing experience in developing spatial solutions, analysis and visualisation, but also is looking to grow their depth and range of experience by working with our specialists.
